    NSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Materials Needed:
Sod Staples 8"x1"x8" steel sod staples are recommended.
    Utility knife
    Mini sledge hammer
    Drainage materials (if needed)

    Important Information For Sand:
    - Penatrometer reading should be 2.3 or higher Infiltration rate should be 15" per hour or higher.

Pea Gravel - Should be tested with sand to make sure it bridges.

    Installation:
    I. Material should be applied to all bunker subgrades greater than or equal to 3:1 slopes.

II. Once material is cut with a utility knife to the shape of the bunker lines it should be applied with the netting (scrim) side up and course side against bunker surface. Put material on bunker surface and staple with 8"x1"x8" gauge steel sod staples on 12" to 18" centers.

III. If you are using our drainage technique the bottom of the material should be tucked into the smile drain that allows water to flow directly into drainage tile and out of bunker. This step is crucial to the success of the material since its basic principle is to allow water to flow through your bunker sands, through the material and into the drain without backing up the water and allowing it to pull the sand off the bunker faces.
